If you're missing images or think we've missed a great shot of you, you're in the right place. This support page helps you troubleshoot common issues and send us helpful information so we can try to manually detect your photos.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some common reasons your images might not have appeared automatically. Each can impact how our system detects and tags your race photos.

Did you have your bib covered?
If your bib was under a jacket, hydration vest, or not visible, our AI may have struggled to identify you.

Did you wear your bib on your leg?
Bibs on thighs or shorts are harder for cameras to catch clearly, especially in crowded scenes.

Was your bib folded?
Folded bibs may hide essential digits from detection, causing the system to miss your photos.

Was the barcode covered?
If the barcode was obscured, the automatic scanning system might not have been able to register your race number.
