When will my photos be available?

Photo availability depends on the event and upload schedule, but ActivePix is designed to reduce Time to Gallery wherever possible. If your event has finished and your photos aren't there yet, please check back in a few hours.

I can't find my photos — what should I do?

First, double-check the bib number you entered and that you've selected the correct event. If you still can't find them, try the event page directly and browse the full gallery — sometimes a bib is partially obscured in a photo and won't be tagged automatically.

How do I download my photos?

Open your photo and use the Download button on the photo page. Once purchase is wired up, full-resolution downloads will be available alongside the preview.

I'm an organiser — how do I list my event?

Get in touch via the contact form. We'll walk you through what's needed to set up your event and make photos available to participants.

I'm a photographer — can I work with ActivePix?

Yes. We work with photography teams on a per-event basis. The contact form is the best way to start a conversation.
